Diminishing returns

In the past 24 hours, three separate charities have stuck through my letter box bags asking for donations.  As they are all asking for the same sort of stuff - shoes, bric-a-brac, toys, etc. - you'd think they'd coordinate their efforts.  I can never find anything to put in one sack, let alone three.
