Late news update

Back in July 2013, I posted here a story about how, having just got back from holiday, I was pestered by phone calls from a builder wanting to put equipment on my property to deal with a sewage backlog on a neighbour's property, for which I had to pay a £4.5K deposit.  After I'd mentioned I'd phoned the police, who had advised me to pay nothing, the person got abusive, but the phone calls stopped.

Saw this news item on the BBC this morning.  This sounds like the same person.
