My car insurance is due

Only it isn't.

Two days in a row, I've received through the post offers of getting me cheaper car insurance.  Both have stated that my car insurance is up for renewal next month.  But, as people who know me are aware, I don't have a car, haven't tried to drive since 1974, and my last provisional driving licence expired in 1976.  So why do two separate companies think otherwise?

Possible, I suppose. There was the long running saga of all the parking fines that kept getting sent me. Went on for about five years. But they were for someone called Tony Haysey who seemed to have registered his car to my address.
