Obviously confusing him with Paxo Grammaticus, the purveyor of sage and onion.
I did once find in the SF section in WH Smith's a book about the impact of television on society, but it was called The Ravenous Eye and had on the cover a picture of a television set with tentacles coming out of it, so the mistake was understandable.
