dormouse1953Season 5 of Leverage started on UK television this week. Just watched the first episode, which involved fooling someone into thinking he was escaping from an aircraft museum by flying the Spruce Goose, the largest plane ever built. Great fun.
I looked on the IMDb afterwards and was annoyed to discover this is going to be the last season. The show was cancelled the end of last year.
The writers of the show seem to be great fans of Doctor Who, having dropped in references several times. I was amused to see in the cast list that they had an actor called Matt Smith playing an FBI agent. I assume a different one, but he isn't listed in the cast list on the IMDb so it may even be a spoof.
